The refrigeration principle of an air-cooled refrigerator mainly relies on air circulation within its refrigeration and freezing compartments. Generally, the refrigeration evaporator pipes of such refrigerators are located in the freezing/refrigeration compartments, and the fan motor is also installed in the freezing/refrigeration compartments, above the evaporator. When the compressor is working, the fan motor is also energized and operates simultaneously. It relies on the forced convection of the fan to deliver cold air into the freezing and refrigeration compartments, resulting in relatively uniform refrigeration and an overall even temperature in the compartments. However, due to the forced convection effect of the fan, moisture evaporation also occurs rapidly. (It is recommended to seal the food with plastic wrap when storing it.)
The evaporator used in an air-cooled refrigerator is a fin-type evaporator, which is prone to frost formation on the fins. Therefore, a heater is usually installed in conjunction with the evaporator. The structure of the heater varies depending on the design, and the installation method and structure also differ. However, the main function of the heater is to melt the frost on the evaporator. A thick layer of frost on the evaporator of a refrigerator can affect its refrigeration effect. Therefore, regular defrosting is typically performed. The defrosting cycle is achieved through a defrost timer installed in the compressor compartment, which switches between the heating system and the refrigeration system.
NOBLE SONW commercial air-cooled equipment is equipped with a defrosting system, intelligent timed defrosting, relieving the trouble of manual defrosting, improving energy efficiency, increasing storage space, maintaining refrigeration effect, reducing maintenance work, and extending the service life of the refrigerator!
